Terms & Conditions
Orders must be placed 10 days in advance unless otherwise agreed. For online orders payment must be made in advance. Always confirm your order and delivery date after your purchase. For non-online orders a deposit is required depending on the order. Cancellations can only be accepted if flowers, accessories/equipment have not been purchased. If it has and/or if any work/service has been carried out by the time of cancellation, then the client is responsible for all the agreed costs and fees.

  Postage & Packaging Costs
- All domestic orders regardless the quantity have a flat postage and packing costs at £10.00
- For orders regarding bouquets or other large flower arrangements please contact us
- For orders within area of  Gravesend Medway Towns Maidstone contact us for a quote
- For orders outside the UK please contact us prior to your order
